How is there any question its real? You cannot impale a person through the skull with a wiimote. Its not physically possible, not to mention the fishy camera work.
Then port it over to the 360 easily within 2 weeks. Makes sense. If they did it the other way around the game would look and run like crap on the PS3 compared to the 360 like every other game that got ported over to the PS3 from the 360.
Just becuase its simple gameplay doesn't = not fun. Actually the more complex you try to make a game usually means it doesn't turn out to be very fun, especially for casual gamers.
